Snowshoe Excursion

If you can walk, you can snowshoe! It’s one of the best ways to exercise during the winter months and we’ve got the equipment to get you adventuring and enjoy a sunset in Lake Waconia Regional Park’s wintery landscape. We will provide technique advice for efficiency during your snowy excursions and present background information about the different types of snowshoes used throughout history. Registration fees include equipment use of snowshoe set and trekking poles. This program is a partnership between Carver County Parks & Waconia Parks Recreation.

$9/person including snowshoes

Ages:  6+ Youth must register & participate with a registered adult.
