Free Memory Screening

Chanhassen, Minnesota 55317 - Introduction: Free 1:1 confidential memory screenings will be offered by Augustana Emerald Crest staff.
Free 1:1 memory screenings will be offered in the Maple Room at the Chanhassen Senior Center. The goal of the National Memory Screening Program (NMSP) is to promote early detection and intervention for those concerned about memory loss, as well as to educate the public about successful aging and to provide optimal care and services to individuals confronting dementia and their caregivers. Augustana Emerald Crest is offering free, confidential memory screenings and is a proud sponsor of this event. Please register for an appointment time.
