Events & Happenings in Carver County

Fantastic Flying Saucers

In this lighthearted camp, participants will develop their throwing technique in two popular Flying Saucer games both on land and in the water! Disc Golf & Ultimate Frisbee are great summer fun and when mixed with stand-up paddleboarding, they are truly fantastic! Campers will enjoy goofy, team oriented camp fun and get to decorate their own discs to take home. Campers should come prepared for the weather conditions and should pack a backpack with snack, lunch, reusable water bottle, hat or sunglasses, swimwear, and close-toed shoes.  All other equipment will be provided.  This camp will be held outdoors at Lake Minnewashta Regional Park and is a partnership between Carver County Parks Department and the City of Chaska Parks Department.
