Archery Camp

6/20-6/22

Get your archers outdoors this summer at our Archery Camp! Campers will be introduced to the basics of archery by trained Carver County Parks Department instructors. Through fun games and experiential learning, participants will learn range safety and proper techniques for stance, aim, and release to become consistent archers. Campers will get the opportunity to shoot both compound and recurve bows at various target styles. Campers should come prepared for the weather conditions and should pack a backpack with snacks, reusable water bottle, hat or sun glasses and close-toed shoes.  All other equipment will be provided.  This camp will be held outdoors at Riverside Park in the City of Carver and is a partnership between Carver County Parks Department and the City of Chaska Parks Department.
