This program will provide brief instructions on water safety and a paddling skills refresher as needed. All necessary paddling equipment will be provided.&nbsp; This program will be held outdoors at Lake Waconia Regional Park and is a partnership between Carver County Parks Department and the City of Waconia Parks Department.&nbsp; </p>
