Family Full Moon Canoe – Aug. 19th
Soak the up the warm summer night during this unique paddling excursion! Enjoy the light of the Sturgeon Full Moon while exploring Lake Waconia’s gorgeous evening waters—start a summer send-off tradition with your family! This program will provide brief instructions on water safety and a paddling skills refresher as needed. All necessary paddling equipment will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring headlamps/flashlights. This program will be held outdoors at Lake Waconia Regional Park and is a partnership between Carver County Parks Department and the City of Waconia Parks Department.
