Born from Hawaiian surf culture, paddleboarding provides an excellent balance and core workout, as well as a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the warm Minnesota summer. Instruction starts on land with brief water safety, balance tips, and paddling strokes before giving participants the rest of the day to explore the lake. All equipment provided.
